Matt has been in the real estate sales and property management business for 27 years. Matt is a member and past president of the San Diego Association of Realtor’s. He has served on numerous committees at the local, state and national levels of the Associations of Realtors. Matt is also a member of the San Diego County Apartment Association and sits on their board of directors.
Matt is a native San Diegan. Born and raised in Mission Hills, Matt is married with four children. His wife Debby is a local elementary school gym teacher. Matt is a former commercial tuna fisherman (As were his father and both grandfathers).

Natalie Frost, Property Manager

Natalie has over 13 years experience in the Real Estate industry, Natalie has a wide variety of skills ranging in Commercial and Residential Property Management and leasing, Accounts payable and Receivable.
Having worked as a Manager responsible for 30 plus employees, Natalie excels at intrapersonal relationships, and prides herself on her straightforwardness and ethical standards.
When Natalie is not working she enjoys writing a monthly column for an international magazine, painting, and spending time with the lights of her life, her little girls.

Katy (Giacalone) Sullivan, Associate Broker

Katy is born and raised in San Diego. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in business management. She was a seasonal lifeguard during the summers, stationed at beaches up and down the San Diego coastline ranging from Ocean Beach to La Jolla Shores. Shortly after college she started a career in hospitality as a Sales Manager at the Grande Colonial and then Bahia Hotel. Katy then followed in her dads footsteps to become a broker at ENG Properties. Katy has since managed to be full time mom and full time real estate broker, exceeding sales goals set year after year.
Five years, three kids, and two houses later, Katy is passionate about helping other families become homeowners and guides them to ensure they take advantage of all the benefits ownership has to offer!

Peter Giacalone, Senior Sales Associate

Peter is the Senior Sales Associate for ENG Properties. Peter was born and raised in San Diego. He graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance and International Business. After graduating, Peter took his degree to pursue finance in Chicago and fund recovery analysis in San Francisco. With an intimate knowledge of the San Diego area and an upbringing around a family of Realtors and Real Estate investors, Peter finally decided to pursue Real Estate in his hometown.
Peter spent numerous years as a lifeguard stationed up and down the coast of San Diego prior to pursuing his Real Estate career. When he’s not in the office or around the neighborhood, you can find him in the water at the same beaches he used to work!
